Russia-ASEAN Business Council (RABC) was established by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in 1998.

RABC consists of more than 50 Russian major companies and banks, provides practical assistance to Russian entrepreneurs in the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation with the ASEAN Member States.

RABC is one of the official mechanisms of the ASEAN-Russia Dialogue Partnership.

RABC is implementing a project-based approach, therefore the Project Office within the RABC structure was launched to coordinate the expertise, resources and initiatives of the business community for the joint implementation of investment and innovation projects.
